Reflective Report

 

 

 

Reflective reports are  an overview report on my time in  the classroom and at activities. I was really suprised at all that I learned and glad that I went to each my reports. I hope you learn as much as I learned when you read these reports.

 

 

September 19, 2014 was my first day as a volunteer at Woolfolk Boys&Girls Club. I didn’t know what to expect coming in. My first task was to help Ms. Harris in the Arts & Craft room with a group of 6-7 year old boys and girls. Within the classroom the students was learning the fundamentals of Arts & Craft.

 

October 3, 2014 was my second day and my task was to help a group of students with math. Since math is my favorite subject it was a little easy for me to help them out. Some students were a little bit more opened with me about helping them others.

 

October 10, 2014 was my third day and my task was to help Ms. Ford with the cheerleading team with getting ready for their competition. Since I have some cheer experience I really enjoyed helping her with the students. I had to teach them couple of cheers and 2 sets of 8 counts for their dance. I really enjoyed myself.

 

November 20, 2014 was my last day their as a volunteer. My last task was to help the students put on a thanksgiving performance for their families and staff at the club. The thanksgiving performance was a great turned out. Also we had the opportunity to have some celebrities to come and perform as well.
